Newell Services LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Newell Services, LLC (“the company”), you (“client’) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Lawn Care Services

2.1 Service Agreement: Our services include common lawn care services such as, fertilization, weed control, grass seeding, soil aeration, disease treatment, and microbial and fungal application, as well as less common services such as soil testing, topdressing, leveling, and outdoor pest controls.

2.2 Property Access: You agree to provide us with access to your property for service delivery during scheduled appointments.

2.3 Service Customization: Our services are tailored to individual properties and we rely on soil tests and assessments to determine treatment plans.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Fees: You agree to pay the fees for the services provided as outlined in your service proposal(s).

3.2 Billing Cycle: Services are billed upon completion. Payment terms shall be NET 7 Days.

3.3 Payment: Auto-payment via credit card on file, Prepaid services, or Cash/Check at the time of service

3.4 Past Due Invoices: If a client invoice remains unpaid 7 days or more past the due date (14 days from the date of the invoice), a HOLD will be placed on all future services scheduled for that client until past due amounts are remedied. Emailed notification of the account status shall be sent via automation.

3.5 Late Fee: Late fees are assessed at 30 days from the date your invoice was sent. Late fees shall be 4% of the total invoice amount and shall be assessed every month until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

4. Reschedule Policy

4.1 Introduction: At Newell Services LLC, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a rescheduling of our services. To ensure efficient scheduling and minimize disruptions, we have established the following policy for service rescheduling:

4.2 Reschedule Request Deadline: All reschedule requests must be received by 6:00 am local time on the scheduled day of service.

4.3 Rescheduling Due to Limited or No Access: If our service provider arrives at the property and encounters limited or no access, the client may be required to reschedule the service.

4.4 Rescheduled Service Fee: Reschedule requests received after 6:00 am local time on the scheduled day of service as well as those required due to limited or no access are subject to a $10 rescheduled service fee. The rescheduled service fee will be added to the client's service invoice

4.5. How to Submit a Reschedule Request: Customers can submit reschedule requests by contacting our customer service team via email or text. Please provide your name, service date, and the reason for the reschedule request when reaching out to our customer service team.

4.6 Service Availability: Rescheduled service dates and times are subject to availability and may be scheduled at the earliest convenience of both the customer and Newell Services LLC.

4.7 Exceptions: In cases of documented emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, Newell Services LLC may waive the rescheduled service fee, at our discretion..

5. Cancellation of Recurring Service: You may cancel services by providing us with a written cancellation request no less than seven (7) days in advance of your next scheduled service.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Liability: We will perform our services with care, but we are not liable for damages beyond our control, including acts of nature.

7.2 Insurance: We maintain insurance coverage as required by law, and we recommend that you maintain your insurance coverage for your property.

10. Termination

10.1 Breach of Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to terminate our services if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

10.2 Abuse: We reserve the right to terminate our services if you physically or verbally abuse or threaten any member of our staff.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions without notice.. The latest version will be posted on our website.
