Newell Services LLC Acts of God Policy

Last Updated: 10/12/2023

Newell Services LLC ("the Company") shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under any contract, service agreement, or terms and conditions, when such failure or delay results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These events or circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, acts of terrorism, and any other force majeure event.

In the event of such force majeure events, the Company shall be excused from performance to the extent reasonably necessary to mitigate the impact of the force majeure event on its operations and obligations. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to notify affected parties of the force majeure event and its expected duration.

Affected parties, including customers, acknowledge that the Company will not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from force majeure events, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

This Act of God clause is an integral part of all contracts and terms and conditions entered into with Newell Services LLC.
