Meet The Team

Customer service representatives work remotely and provide a human voice to inbound client inquiries. This position manages multiple modes of communication including, email, text, phone, and web chat. The customer service representative is in place to record client inquiries and direct those inquiries to the appropriate channel.

Service technicians must currently hold or be able to obtain an ODAFF service technician license. This role is responsible for maintaining client relationships and growing the assigned territory. An ideal candidate for this role possesses and internal drive to be the best version of themselves possible. The service technician is responsible for the completion of all services in their assigned territory in a manner consistent with company standards.

Helpers are paired with a licensed service technician to learn the trade and our business. Helpers are expected to lighten the workload of service technicians by completing electronic logs, putting out yard signs, assisting with lawn applications in an appropriate manner, assisting with equipment maintenance and cleanup, facilitating the service technicians interaction with clients, and other tasks as requested by the service technician or management team. For the majority of the year, work is completed Monday - Thursday, however during Spring and Fall some Friday & Saturday work may be required.
