Core3
Professional Oversight & Scope
Services are performed by a Certified Applicator with experience in soil management, turf establishment, and agronomic planning.
Inclusions and limitations are defined solely by the Scope of Work for this project.
How Core3 Works
Core3 centers on the essential components of weed management:
Professional-grade pre-emergent herbicide applications
Selective post-emergent weed cleanup
Seasonally timed treatments
Owner-operator Certified Applicator oversight
This program does not include structured fertility inputs, soil conditioning, or preventive insect protection. Those components remain part of Premium7 for properties prioritizing turf development.
Eligibility Requirement
Core3 is reserved exclusively for properties exceeding one (1) acre of maintained turf.
This program is engineered for large-property efficiency and is not available for standard residential lot sizes. For properties under one acre, Premium7 or Basic5 Essential Plan are the appropriate program structures.
Expected Results
Core3 is designed to provide foundational weed suppression across large turf areas. Under typical seasonal conditions, homeowners can expect:
Significant reduction in early-season weed germination through professional pre-emergent applications
Ongoing suppression of common broadleaf and grassy weeds through selective post-emergent treatments
Noticeably improved overall cleanliness compared to unmanaged acreage
Because Core3 is structured for 1+ acre properties, it prioritizes efficient weed suppression across large turf footprints rather than intensive turf development. Properties under one acre seeking density improvement and layered performance inputs should enroll in Premium7.
Ideal For
Core3 is well suited for:
Properties exceeding one acre
Acreage homes where full turf development is not the primary objective
Large turf footprints requiring efficient weed suppression
Owners seeking professional oversight without layered agronomic inputs
