What is Commercial Turf Management?
Commerical Turf Management is the method of impacting a crop's growing patterns to achieve a greater yield quality. In this case the crop is your turfgrass and the yield is deep green, sustainable turfgrass stands. Turfgrass Management is the care of the entire ecosystem in which a lawn survives. This includes basics like weed control and fertility, but ratchets up the oversight by adding in soil health & quality management, irrigation management, and mowing heigh recommendations (We work closely with crews for that!)
Commercial Services Philosophy
Unlike a residential property, commercial and industrial properties exist within their own realm relative to herbicde use legality. Some tools not available to the residential applicators side are here. Our commercial services follow the same philosophies outlined in the turfgrass management improvement programs as well as the maintenance fertilization and weed control plans.
Is a Management or Maintenance plan right for me?
Commercial weed control has become a race to the bottom where the cheapest price wins the contract and damn the results. Commercial Turf Management from Newell Services, LLC is never going to be your cheapest option. What it can be, however, is a resonable proximity to a staffed, licensed certified applicator with a background in sports turf management. Yout get April - October monthly site visits and inputs driven solely by the needs of the turfgrass in that moment paying a flat monthly fee across those months for certified applicator agronomic experience & understanding.
Commercial maintenance lawn care is a great solution if your property is already in your acceptible condition and that condition is expected to be sustained. Not everyone needs a specialist on site and that exactly who are maintenance plans are designed for!
