The Process
Our Restoration Workflow
1. Site Assessment
We meet you at your property to check soil suitability, confirm your water access, and set realistic goals for your new turf.
2. Service Proposal
We deliver a comprehensive Aeration & Overseed quote tailored to your lawn for your careful review and digital authorization.
3. Aeration & Overseed Installation
Our team performs the complete Aeration & Overseed service as quoted, using professional equipment and seed selected for your site.
4. Two-Week Check-Up + Starter Fertility
Around two weeks after installation, we return to check early establishment, address questions, and apply a starter fertility input to support new growth.
5. Four-Week Check-Up
Around four weeks after installation, we perform a follow-up inspection, review progress, and recommend any additional work if it’s appropriate for your lawn.
