Why Homeowners Love Working With Us

Owner Accountability

Seth personally designs and delivers every treatment, giving you one experienced professional who remains accountable for your lawn.

Proper Timing and Measured Inputs

Treatments are selected and scheduled around Oklahoma turf conditions—not a one-size-fits-all application calendar.

Clear Communication

Straightforward updates explain what was applied, why it was used, and what to expect next.

Modern Convenience

Easy scheduling, automated reminders, and dependable service without rotating technicians handoffs.

How to Get Started With Newell Services

Step 1: Pick Your Starting Point

Choose what fits you best:
• $75 on‑site meeting (30 minutes with Seth)
• $99 soil test*
• $149 soil + salinity (EC) test*
• Free Basic 5‑treatment weed‑control quote

*Both soil test options are the starting point for our high‑performance 7‑treatment continuous improvement plan.

Step 2: Get a Proposal for an Oklahoma Weed Control Plan

We look at your lawn details, test results (if you chose soil testing), and your goals to build a science‑based plan that follows OSU‑guided best practices. If you selected soil testing, your quote will be ready in about 7–10 business days while we wait for lab results. If you skipped testing, most proposals are ready in hours, not days.

Step 3: Approve and Relax

Review your clear, upfront quote. Once you approve, we schedule your visits, treat your lawn on time, and send updates so you always know what’s happening.
